I'm not one to say that gun belongs in the hand of a particular talk show host because they caused it - I am here to say that I hope it's an opportunity for us to reflect.
This kind of violence. The idea that Sarah Palin, who was a governor of a state would put crosshairs over congressional districts and then a week or so later, a congressperson is almost fatally shot and a federal judge is killed and other bystanders, who came out to meet their congressperson were, were shot the way they were, there is a direct relationship. This person, I get that he's mentally ill, but how do we know that what he heard on his radio, saw on his Web site, did not impact him to make that decision?
