Crime or intimidation and harassment?
Katie Couric discusses the website WikiLeaks that just released 250,000 State Dept. documents. What issues or problems would by the prosecution of Julian Assange for media. What lessons in history speak to the Justice Departments warrant for Julian Assange's arrest? These are issues that are far more important to the American public than diplomatic embarassment.

  1. Will Jullian Assange have a journalists support? Can the public be intimidated by example. Many issues surround these decisions for discussion and awareness.

  2. It is well understood that embarassing things are said about each other in the diplomatic community. Can you imagine what has been said about us and our diplomates?

  3. The percieved "greatest loss" is the that loss of trust that other governments have in dealing with America.
    That is it folks! We've lost their trust! Obsurd argument. Just like any bully who doesn't want to exposed or take responsibility for what they do.
