  1. Does anyone actually accept as being a commercially viable business model the platforms like Foursquare, Gowalla or Yelp. Check in technologies need a deployment strategy that over comes the consumers lack of interest which is easily match by the merchant lack of interest. Its technology and a hassle. These technology deployments must go back to relationships, community value and merchangt/civic engagement incentives. Which could easily be justified by keeping commerce at home in your own community. Where your sales taxes are realized and commercial relationships could be cultivated, facilitated and utilized in a system of shared convenience to each point of the hyper-local community triangle - City - Merchant - Women/Family Million dollare secret is: Hometown Connect! Comming soon to everywhere who wants simplicity, untility, convenience and a break for once! These are technology systems which will find their purpose as part of others systems and networks.
